More Sleep Schedule Madness

Our regular readers will note that we’ve posted about “alternative” sleep schedules on a number of occasions. Most of those posts have been short descriptions of and links to older articles or experiments. This time, we’ve got a fresh one for you – a fellow blogger, “causalien,” has decided to embark on a journey into polyphasic sleep (triphasic to be more specific). As you probably guessed by now, causalien has also been kind enough to document the experiment on his blog, Ultracrepidate.

You can read more about the Causalien’s experiment in the “Human Improvement Mind” section or via the “Triphasic Sleep” page.
