  1. I suffer from sleep apnea, CFS and Epstein Barr. I was also put on a heart monitor. I do believe lack of sleep has an impact on women’s cardiovascular health. Excellent post.

    1. No, there aren’t.Hypothyroid people need to comunse foods that stimulate the thyroid and avoid foods that disrupt thyroid function.Of all the foods to avoid anything containing soy. Soy is the absolute worst thing you can give to your thyroid, especially if you’re on medication for hypothyroidism.Also limit all other goitrogenic foods (google this for a list).Thyroid stimulating foods include coconut and coconut oil, avocadoes, shellfish, fish, and seaweed.
